My mother and I have had Arizonas pest control services for 4 to 5 years now. They have always been a reliable pest controlService. They keep up with our 3 month pest spray around the house and tend to any animal/bug problems whenever we make the call. They are also very generous to long term costumers. They don’t overcharge unnecessarily. I highly recommend their services if you need long term care:)

They offered me a free inspection, as I have been seeing sewer roaches, they suggested we buy some drain cleaner and didn’t try to upsell us. I called another service, who immediately wanted to charge me 300 without even coming out to inspect! These people are honest and professional!

Craig Civitella of AZ Pest Control has been providing excellent service for his company AZ PEST Control. He is friendly, competent and thorough in his work. He observes the activity at the bait stations, makes bait changes and shares what he is seeing with me. Arizona Pest Control helped me immensely with a mouse problem recently. My budget is very tight and they were able to resolve the issue with very reasonable prices and provide recommendations to prevent further issues saving me thousands of dollars. We have had Arizona Pest Control for probably 15 years. We have both the termite and bug contracts. We have been extremely satisfied with them. Chris J, our bug tech, is so pleasant to deal with, always on time if not early, and very thorough. We seldom see bugs in our yard. Chris is excellent about being mindful of our dog.

Our technician did a great job. He showed up on time, was respectful of us and our property. He answered all of our questions and concerns, told us what to watch out for if needed and even had a checklist of things that needed to be done before he left. He was friendly, knowledgeable and left the work areas clean. Glad to come back to Arizona Pest Control! We found that their prices are fair and competitive. All staff we had interaction with on the phone were a big help & we let them know we appreciate their efforts. There’s a reason this company has been around for as long as it has. Plus, we wanted to give our business to a family-owned business and not some Corporate Entity. Kudos to AZ Pest Control.

Arizona Pest Control is by far the absolute BEST pest control company I’ve ever used. We originally used them in the height of monsoon season in Tucson to wage a LOTR-esque battle against the scourge that is bugs. The results are fantastic! I imagined we’d see fewer bugs, but the service went well beyond: we saw almost NO bugs. It was pretty incredible. We then hired them to eliminate the mice/rats we saw.The rodent service was, well, killer! We went from seeing a few rats a day to absolutely none within a few weeks. That’s all one needs in a rodent service. I doubt anyone else could do it better!AZPest: thank you so much for all the work! Y’all rock!

Since Arizona Pest Control is family owned, customer service is very high. Formerly for 17 years I used Northwest Exterminating until they were purchased by a conglomerate when customer service went to abysmal; moved to Dorado Exterminating since they were family owned and customer service was very high but they have been bought by a conglomerate and customer service became abysmal, thus with Arizona Pest Control now.

Great pest control results! We had been struggling with our landlord not providing pest control despite an alarming number of pests in our rental.
