We used Arizona Pest Control for a general pest control service, and they were relatively affordable compared to other services in Tucson. The scheduling staff worked around our schedule and answered all of our questions. We had one small snag: We were told we that our package included a follow-up treatment 30 days after the initial treatment, but we never heard from them to schedule and we ended up calling them to schedule, which was a minor extra step. It could have definitely been a misunderstanding on our end. In the end, I would use them again!

We had our regularly scheduled insect spraying (outside the house) every two months. Our technician, Jason Santisteban, was great. He was, as he always is, professional, proficient, and pleasant. He does his work quickly and thoroughly. But still a pleasant and kind person. Employees like Jason are why we patronize Arizona Pest Control. You are fortunate to have such an awesome employee.

This team is the best! They have done my pest control for the 6.5 years I have lived in Arizona. I have had two technicians. One retired and Chris J. has been doing a fantastic job on my house for years. Anytime I call the main line to leave him a message the office staff are so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for top rate pest control these are your guys!

A few days ago we heard a mouse in the attic. Arizona Pest Control came out, they did an extensive investigation and found small issues that we could address ourselves. We called another company and the estimate was over $2,000 and they did not point out the smaller issues that Arizona Pest found (small holes in our stucco at the base). Our agent was named Todd, he was excellent. He explained to us some problems and also why we do not need to hire him currently. We will gladly hire this company in the future because of their clear integrity. There was no pressure, just an education. Todd spoke highly of the company and was truly kind. If they say there is a problem, then there really is a problem because they had no interest in up charging which was really special.

This business is very client-focussed and has always been very responsive to my needs and concerns. Their staff members are professional and knowledgeable. I want to recognize Kyle, who came to my home to remove a wasp nest. I knew it was a service added to his already full calendar at the last minute, and on a Friday afternoon, but he was kind, friendly and thoroughly competent.

Called AZ PEST CONTROL on Saturday morning regarding a bee swarm that had been living under our shed for about a week.Damien quickly arrived at our home in under an hour after calling. He was very professional, evaluated the problem, and started treatment.After the treatment, Damien throughly explained what chemicals he applied to the problem, and what results to expect.The bees are gone!!Thanks to AZ PEST CONTROL,we are free to safely enjoy our backyard again!!Highly recommend!!

10/10 company! We have loved our contract with APC the last two years, they are extremely professional, prompt and super friendly. They are easy to contact, always send reminders or updates. We have had ZERO bug issues since moving to Arizona. The moment we saw a spider, we called them and they sent a specialist out right away and tackled the problem. They are great with our two big dogs and they have great prices. I wish every company was this easy to work with. I would highly recommended them to anyone living in Arizona! Shout out to Christopher, he is da best!

I live in an apartment complex, just moved in and started seeing a few roaches. This company came and sprayed my whole apartment. The technician was so awesome. He sprayed thoroughly and was patient and kind! So much better the other local company (Burns) that my other complex used!

I left a message Sunday evening and I rec'd a call back Monday morning! I left messages with MANY(16) other companies - only one other called back and they don't service my area. Equally important were the 2 reps of the company - Kendrick Buckley (State Certified Inspector) was our introduction to Arizona Pest Control and he was personable, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. He did not pressure us at all. I was still extremely upset over seeing a mouse the day before and he was calming yet not patronizing as some people get with us older folks. He explained the process and when it could start and we were so impressed with him and the information that we signed a contract. The next employee was Todd and he was so kind and assuring as he explained how and where he would set traps. This young man was also professional and patient. Neither one of these employees made me feel ridiculous or inferred my anxiety was misplaced and I am so very grateful!Also important are the people who answer the phone... every time they have been pleasant, friendly and helpful.I would/will recommend Arizona Pest Control!Thank you.The Douglass's

I’ve used AZ Pest Control for the past year and a half to prevent spiders and scorpions. I’ve had an awesome experience with them - they are always prompt and I haven’t had any pests in my home! Would definitely recommend them!

When i first moved to Tucson from Maryland in 2018 there were scorpions and big brown bugs and spiders inside and outside the house. I have a maintenance contract with Arizona Pest Control since late 2019 and have been blessed with all the bugs inside and all along the house finding nesting elsewhere!
