We woke up to an unexpected pest situation and panicked, we found AZ Pest Control highly recommended online and decided to try it out. This is my first time using Arizona pest control. Austin, the technician, was very thorough and polite, dusted all that ugly spider webs high on the walls and ceilings that have been bothering me so long. In addition, he also helped me loosen up the water hose from the faucet that was so tightly screwed on that he had to bring his own tool. That was not even part of the routine pest control work but he did it for me out of good heart. Overall he is a very kind man and he wore shoe-covers not to soil my white carpet. Just a very good and professional man. Looking forward to have him treat my house for a long long time.

Courteous and prompt. Our inspector called ahead of time and told us he was ahead of schedule and whether or not we were okay with him coming early. We agreed and the inspection was friendly, thorough, but quick and he helped answer tons of questions. Able to help price and schedule the treatment appointment all in about half an hour.
