So far it has been a learning experience which the AZ Pest Control has excelled at. The initial representative to inspect the house was Justin. He did a through inspection while explaining what and why he was doing. Then he gave his presentation to give us the full detailed cause and effect from the termites and what could be done to eliminate the termites and the price for the service.After we signed the agreement, which was less than I was expecting, never having known anyone with termite problems, they scheduled when they would have the people out to do the work.First we had the guys come out to spray for the regular insect control. They were clean,polite, friendly and knowledgeable.Then the next day Ryan came out to do the termite control/elimination work. It took him a while but when done he cleaned everything up so that you couldn’t tell he had even been there. It was quite nice to see someone do such a competent job.Overall I will recommend AZ Pest Control for excellence of work.

We moved from Michigan last month. We have a whole different kinds of bugs and lizards in my backyards and house. One day we found a big cockroach in the toilet, then we just googled the pest control. They just came to our house 2 hours later, even it was Saturday. They inspected our house very carefully. Luckily that one was solo and from the sewer. The inspector was very reliable that we just decided to do it. They were very professional. After we have Arizona pest control for a month, we haven’t found any bugs or pest inside of my house, literally zero.

My experience with Arizona pest control has been great. I’ve been a customer for about 6 years now since my home was treated for termites. Every year for our annual inspection they contact me for scheduling and are very flexible to work with my schedule. We moved back into our house after 4 months due to a kitchen fire. there were dropping all over the patio. Called one evening after seeing the commercial and they were there the next day, found the big nest of packrats and set up bait traps the following day.Great service and toook care of the problem.

They offered me a free inspection, as I have been seeing sewer roaches, they suggested we buy some drain cleaner and didn’t try to upset us. I called another service, who immediately wanted to charge me 300 without even coming out to inspect! These people are honest and professional!
