I was extremely impressed by their safety and security protocols! When I booked, the scheduler explained everything clearly: the technician called before arriving, showed up in a marked vehicle, and wore a branded uniform. On top of that, they sent a photo of the technician beforehand so I knew exactly who to expect. As someone who values safety and peace of mind, this level of professionalism and communication was fantastic!
