Stephan has been an invaluable resource and partner for us in eliminating our rat infestation (pack and roof rats). Rats had gained access to the void spaces in our home after a major kitchen renovation. With his knowledge, guidance and experience we have successfully removed all rats from the interior of our house (rats had set up home in 3 different areas)! We continue to have traps around our house but have seen a marked decrease in evidence of their presence. Stephan is an excellent choice for these overcoming these issues and we are beyond grateful for his help!! We highly recommend AZ Pest and Stephan to our friends and neighbors with rat/pest issues!

Stefan is quick to notice things bugs or even a possibility of them. He’s also very knowledgeable in the type of bug that it could be. We first had him when we had ticks and he was very knowledgeable about ticks and how they affect the dogs as well as as humans he’s an awesome pest control technician.

Craig is extremely friendly and always communicates very well, he’s very accommodating. My wife and I work and sleep weird schedules but if we forget to remove the lock on the gate or our dogs bark in excitement because we’re not around he’s always understanding and patient. He always communicates very well for upcoming appointments and reminders and I’ve never felt like I’m asking dumb questions, we always get the answers we’re looking for and results. We get regularly scheduled pest control on time without any impact on our daily schedules and it’s been very effective at keeping our house and yard comfortable and pest free.

Jonathan is a hard worker. He’s professional and polite, and he’s an excellent communicator. Jonathan welcomes and encourages customers to ask questions — to which he then provides clear answers with good explanations. Jonathan is an expert in his field. He has quickly graduated to “Lead Field Technician” by listening, learning and applying himself. Jonathan is also a good teacher, as he took time to provide instructions and demonstrate work examples to his coworker to ensure all tasks were accurately completed. Jonathan worked diligently and he was very thorough, even taking time to review and double-check his work. The customer is very glad that Jonathan was assigned to be onsite to accurately complete the work, and the customer appreciates that Jonathan ensured all the requirements and requests were correctly completed before leaving the jobsite. It was a pleasure to have worked with and observe his work, and the customer looks forward to another opportunity to meet Jonathan in the future.

Today was the initial visit. Very impressed with Chris, the thorough inspection, and the interior and exterior treatments. I appreciate being notified beforehand. Because of the confidence in the spray solution used, interior spraying is not necessary unless evidence of “critters” appears … spraying will now be for exterior-only, which frees me up to be here or not for it. Far different from the company I used previously. Thank you, Chris!
