Ryan and his co-worker were very professional, efficient, and pleasant. They install the Senticon devices within an hour and treated the inside for termites with minimal to no damage to the surfaces. I would highly recommend them!

From Justin’s initial inspection and quote (for termites), his politeness, professionalism and knowledge made me feel like I made the right choice to go with them. And then there is the day of the termite treatment. Isaac showed up at an early morning start with kindness and a smile. He too showed professionalism and knowledge. We were quite happy with Arizona Pest Control’s termite extermination services this New Year’s Eve. Their technician, Isaac, did a GREAT job dealing with an unexpected problem (which was NOT his fault) and got the job done.While installing Sentricon dispensers in the ground around our houses, one of the holes cut the pipe leading from the water meter to one side of our duplex, creating a HUGE scary fountain of water.Isaac didn’t panic!Utility workers had buried the water meter pit in the alley under 4 inches of gravel and dirt, but Isaac quickly found it and turned the water off. His supervisor called in a skilled plumber (who was already at home, since it was New Year’s Eve) who arrived almost immediately, repaired the damaged pipe, and restored water service.You can tell a lot about a company by how they respond to unpleasant challenges. AZ Pest Control showed themselves to be quick, professional, and effective.
