Termite inspection and Centricon instalation. Several of the Centricon bait stations not installed flush to the ground leaving a tripping hazard. One such improper station, is located one step directly in the normal walkway from the patio to the yard.UP-date 7/21/21: The day after posting my original review, I was contacted by Arizona Pest Control which scheduled an appointment to review my post and take whatever remedial action necessary. Yesterday Mr Jonathan Armendariz, Lead Termite Technician, came to our house and was shown the poor installation of the Centricom bait stations. His eyes rolled over. He got his tools and went to work reinstalling ALL TC of the bait stations, not just the one that was subject of my review. Mr. Armendariz was most courteous. performed an excellent job of Customer Service and Skill. I am most happy with Arizona Pest Control; the final outcome in getting our pest control needs satisfactorily accomplished.

Jonathan came out this morning to deal with my termites. He explained what he was going to do ahead of time and when he was done he showed me what he had done. He explained the next steps and encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. He did a fantastic job! I’ll be calling Arizona Pest Control again to help me with my pest control needs.

Austin C. absolutely CRUSHED it! Listen, I’ve been in Tucson for almost 46 years. I heard of Arizona Pest Control bc…Well…Ive seen them for 46 years and know they are a Tucson based company. Thats really all it takes for me to call them.Austin was super professional, did not let ONE thing unturned, he nailed the area that’s FILLED with Blackwidows and put granuals on/around our HUGE ant “habitat” that we have. Im not kidding folks- we have ants that have made the entirety of my backyard their mansion and im not overstating that. I have tried EVERYTHING from every department store, home remedies, u name it and NOTHING works. The Blackwidows were getting worse to where I’d say we easily have a minimum of 20 of them in a 10×10 area in our carport.Austin’s knowledge and frankly “love” for getting rid of these to help homeowners was such a blessing. The price was worth it. Ive got 2 dogs, a pig, a wife and 2 kids under 10. Im not taking ANY chances. Not when I have my pig haha. Thanks again AZ Pest Control you guys are giving our house back to us! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
