We were quite happy with Arizona Pest Control’s termite extermination services this New Year’s Eve. Their technician, Isaac, did a GREAT job dealing with an unexpected problem (which was NOT his fault) and got the job done.While installing Sentricon dispensers in the ground around our houses, one of the holes cut the pipe leading from the water meter to one side of our duplex, creating a HUGE scary fountain of water.Isaac didn’t panic!Utility workers had buried the water meter pit in the alley under 4 inches of gravel and dirt, but Isaac quickly found it and turned the water off. His supervisor called in a skilled plumber (who was already at home, since it was New Year’s Eve) who arrived almost immediately, repaired the damaged pipe, and restored water service.You can tell a lot about a company by how they respond to unpleasant challenges. AZ Pest Control showed themselves to be quick, professional, and effective.

AZ pest control has been our service for the past 4 years. I needed some expert advice on termites and AZ pest control was my go to for this service. Issac was my technician and was very professional and courteous. He not only arrived a little early but worked quickly and with the help of his assistant finished the job within 1 hour.
