Following my call, AZ Pest had a technician scheduled right away to come perform an inspection. Brian De Nomme was assigned to come meet us and he was a great pleasure to work with. He asked great questions, gave great insights, did a thorough inspection, and left me with a plan of action to solve our issues. The gentleman they sent out, Brian D, was really a great professional person!! He pointed out the issues, the how and why of what was going on with termites. He pointed out that thankfully the issue was caught very early and prevented any damage. He also gave a lot of information on how I can prevent further issues, options offered by AZ Pest Control or even if I wanted to do the work myself, what I would need to do. I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely continue to use AZ Pest Control!

I had Jeff Edwards come out and do the initial inspection. I had an early infestation of roaches that we might’ve brought over by accident from my previous home. Jeff was professional and looked at all of the areas I described that I have seen roaches and then some. He was then able to determine what treatment is best and was very thoughtful and considerate about our situation. Then we had Stephan come and did the first treatment. He was flexible with me when I wasn’t able to clear everything from the cabinets and informed me of what I could expect for the next treatment. So far the treatment is working since I’ve seen a few roach carcasses popping up and I’m able to clear them away. I highly recommend these guys or anyone from AZ pest control!

Great so far! No complaints.They quickly identified areas of concern during the inspection, including a new termite tube. They need to come back for a proper termite inspection but in the meantime targeted other areas of concern.Inspectors and technicians have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.I can’t speak to their value yet as I’m a new customer but I’m happy with the price quoted and billed!

You see that number? 1132 nearly all five star reviews! Sit on that for a second, crazy isn’t it? Everybody here’s got a reason why, so I’ll throw mine in and make it 1133.We had Brian De Nomme out for an inspection about a week ago and I can literally not remember a more pleasant, insightful, and honest conversation with any house service related person ever. Full stop.Beyond being a complete professional, he also has an absolutely wild amount of knowledge re: termites. I’m thinking about calling him out again just so he can drop more knowledge on me.So in case the incredible number of reviews don’t persuade you, maybe my little review will. Do yourself a favor and give Brian a call, see what it’s like to work with a real professional.

Moving in to a new home development, comes with a lot of insect activity since the surrounding environment has been disturbed. We had crickets, spiders and other creepy crawlies everywhere. AZ Pest Control did a thorough inspection and outlined a plan that ensures our home will remain pest free.

I would have done 5 stars except.. you get charged 35 dollars for canceling and rescheduling a service you pay for. Makes zero sense and just another way for companies to penny pinch from already high paying customers. They also don’t do pigeons and their treatment for mice is super minimal. Otherwise so far a good company. Very informative and knowledgeable. Always answers questions and super friendly.
