program through a five step process.
First, we conduct an inspection of the
entire structure to determine the types
of pests, where they are, and conditions
favorable to their presence. Conditions
like landscaping, drainage, gaps around
doors and windows, storage practices, sanitation,
lighting, and many others.
Second, we identify the pest species and
its ability to do harm. Proper identification
is essential to an effective pest solution.
Third, we determine tolerance levels or
the ability of the pest to cause medial,
legal, or economic harm. Harm may simply
be the offending of our sensibilities by
the mere presence of the pest.
Fourth, we implement the proper management
measures. TermaPest stations are placed
at regular intervals along the entire exterior
perimeter of the structure—providing
constant protection from damaging termites.
Finally, we follow-up constantly as your
superior service provider at designated
